99% of the Ensign Energy Services Inc. shareholders participating in the Annual Meeting (101,351,737 votes) electd Mr. Moomjian to serve as a Director of the Company for an 8th term.

Mr. Moomjian was elected to serve another one-year term as a director of Ensign Energy Services Inc., receiving 88,300,033 (99%) of the shareholder votes cast.

December 2021

Mr. Moomjian celebrated the 25th anniversary of his 1996 receipt of the prestigious IADC Contractor of the Year Award as an honored guest at an IADC reception and dinner in Dallas, Texas.
