  • Participated in redomestication of Ensco from Delaware corporation to UK limited company during 2009.
  • Legal responsibility for Ensco $3.5 billion newbuild shipyard construction program involving seven ultra-deepwater semisubmersible rigs and the associated drilling contracts, 2005-2012.
  • Resolved liability, wreck removal and insurance recovery claims arising out of the total losses of Ensco’s jackup rigs in Hurricanes Ivan (2005) and Ike (2008).
  • Managed formation of ENSCO Arabia Ltd. joint venture, 2004.
